wahaha another update on Mt. kina trainings
Training-24/5/05
1. 3 rounds round SMU track for warm ups (2 fast; 1 slow)
2. Circuits: 15 dips, 15 crunches, run up steps, 15 push ups (3 sets)
3. Circuits: 10 dips, 10 crunches, run up steps, 10 push ups (2 sets)
4. Squats: count to 120 (3 sets)
5. climb SMU building [12 storeys] with 6kg bagpack (3 sets)
6. Run outside of SMU (Nassim Rd)
phew. it was ok lah. manageable. but i felt really fit and gd at the end. it pushed me then i feel very gd and relaxed at the end. wahaha my jun hols are so packed! like sardines. hahas. springfield comp on fri...really scared...wad if i make a silly mistake and fall off again?!
today also took class photos! and class chairman photos too!. i think i screwed up. big time. i look horrible. ohwells hahaha.
oh yeah...today i got rachel [chang] to show me the photo of ming feng! wahaha he's so skinny and tall and has a squarish jaw. but rachel says he has a six pack! wahaha how would she noe unless....[i'll leave it to ur vivid imagination]. haha nvm ((:
