im back frm psl training camp. and im just going to ramble on and on abt it. OMG IT ROCKED hahaha. i love psb! haha and it's going to be a long post so TOO BAD. if u dont want to read then scram lor.
ahaha yay first day...i got put in grp 4! which consists of me, marissa, limin, yenlin, cynthia and kevy! and plus with our two spsls bernice and yingling we make up the FANTASTIC FOUR! they confiscated our hps and wallets! WAH! live without hp is ok. i just realised how bad it is to live without your wallet. we didnt have money to even buy drinks! haha nvm we had icebreakers and games. then jia huey and nicholas frm thumbs up came to conduct the DiSC workshop and did the profiling for us. and guess wht im high S[DiC]. cos my graph was quite around the same area. no fluctuations. haha not sure tt's a good thing but hopefully yes. but it really helped me get to know more about myself and about others and how to deal with people. then we had station games which was really fun! haha and we came in 4th! almost got third, but nvm since we're grp 4 get 4th is ok. i think of all the grps we were the most laidback cos we didnt rush for anything. when everyone rushed to the toilet to brush their teeth, we were like aiyah wait until everyone get out then go lah. but we work well under pressure ok! we came up with out cheer in 1 min and it was totally original and catchy. we also made a song. and now our grp has a trademark slogan with actions sommore. 1,2,3,4...times 2! we called ourselves fantastic 4 times 2. cos we were grp 4 and times 2 cos we had 8 members. our cheer:

ahahah rocks. the food was quite ok lah cept no drinks and we couldnt buy cos we dont have our wallets ): and they told us abt the talentime tmr night and we had to come up with an item. the theme was 'lean on me'. haha the night time board singing rocks. it made us super high lah! and then my grp is really hyper at night. singing stupid songs like "dontch wish ur gf was hot like me" ahaha so amusing xD! and the place was FREEZING. 16 degrees lah! omg. and my grp was sleeping under the aircom sommore!
haha day two...woke up frozen and it was a really cold day. after breakfast, we played dog and bone for energizers. evee was my fellow no. 6 :D yay! haha. then we were in for a long 6 hour talk by miss rhona tan, the sch counsellor on how to be lay counsellors. it was really interesting, esp the role plays and the videos. ok but i admit i wasnt paying attention the whole time. was writing letters at one point. to my mortal and angel and other people. during lunch bern and giraffe treat us to drinks! omg i love them! yay! :D but after the talk we had bonding games which really helped. esp the one where we had to cross over the tables. scary =/ hah i was so scared i'll fall lah. and we finally decided to get started on our talentime item cos we didnt do anything before tt. and we decided to do a parody of the show friends, singaporean version and since just nice there were 6 of us cos the spsls couldnt help. yeah and we did it in the stairwell in blk j. we were yelling and yelling and laughing and laughing like siao. and guess wht we didnt even make a script! did totally impromptu. and came up with the whole script in half an hour by impromt sommore! haha we work very very well under pressure. not to mention we were laughing like siao and super hyper. oh yeah i shall intro the characters. kevy was joey aka ah jo/jo jo. limin was ross aka loss/moss. marissa was rachel aka lelchel, yenlin as chandler aka chandle/chandelier, me as monica aka monica chng/moni-cachng [means backside. haha kevy came up with it. dont ask -.-] and cynthia as phoebe aka simi. YAY TA-DA! presenting the cast! and guess what! we got third overall! tt is ALL TIME JACK man, for coming up with the whole skit 30 min before the presentation by impromptu-ing and still can get 3rd. wah! if we put in more effort and practiced more we would have gotten first. but no matter, were gonna perform to the sec 1s next yr during assembly anw. and we had night walk after tt! YAY! some parts were quite scary actually...ESP THE STATUE OF ATHENA. seriously cos the statue is white. then her "eyes" are white also, so look damn scary. and the seniors scared us in blk j and the tennis courts there. jump out and boo us >< alamak damn scary haha and as we looked for clues we had to stay connected as a grp which means link hands >< so difficult. oh and our grp really jack again lah! we got the wrong cluse frm the seniors so we skipped a station and went on wild goose chase. haha but no matter we got to bathe after tt :D we were suppose to bathe before dinner but wads the point cos we got dirty and sweaty again. taking a cold shower at 2 am is shiok man. and then of course my grp was high again singing songs like the candy shop i finally fell aslp at 3 am. not as cold this time cos we didnt on the aircon at our side. heheheh so didnt freeze.
day three...the finaly day. so sad lah ): we had a short talk by ms mariette ong which was really cool! she told us the sec 1's CLE curriculum for next yr so tt we can plan our PSL sessions. fun! hahaha and she gave us tips also. then came the final moment. we got our board shirts the night before so we wore them today. and then came the "ceremony" where our grp spsls pinned the collarpin on us and 'dotted' us. then we held candles and sang songs. then arranged the candles around a heart. so nice :D yay i love psb really! and mrs wee was so nice she got us subway :D yeah thank you mrs wee and mrs bala for being so nice! oh yeah btw ms low is the new psb teacher-in-charge so now we have 3 psb teacher i/cs! yay and omg ms low got married alr! and she's mrs leow now! ah cant get used to calling her tt! after one yr of being our form teacher, ms low sounds right hahaha. no matter congrats mrs leow! heh. and my mum nicely agreed to pick me up. after got home i had oreos with milk! omg haha i miss my mum's cooking! camp food wasnt exactly very nice. ok only. after bathing crashed and went to bed until 8pm lor! O.o so tired. haha
i miss camp alr! suffering frm grp 4 withdrawal. it's really damn fun to be hyper with friends at night and sing stupid songs. and very fun working tgt ad coming up with out cheer and skit in such a short time. wish it was 5 days lah! tt'll be cool! but i had a lot of fun and learnt a lot. plus i made new friends and made the bonds stronger. thanks everyone for all the letters! we're going to have a great year. go psb 06! soar with wings.
