school today was actually fun, even though i had no mood to do math. ohmygosh, i have a whole pile of homework to clear ): ok, not a lot per se but i have math revision to do. I FINALLY GOT MY PONY BAG!!! but it's the same colour as nat cos that's the only color left in the whole of spore. haha but i thought the NUM bag was chio, except slightly ex.

kayaking on sunday was, like siling said, super fun! it's great everytime i kayak with odacians cos it's super funny. plus junbing is a great instructor (mr tan agrees!) i can think of so many anecdotes just from kayaking. this sunday we finally went on our 6km expedition. it wasn't that bad, less tiring than expected. on the way back, i changed kayaks with jian wei. i took his cyclone and he took my rtm. the cyclones are more lightweight, so it felt easier to paddle. it's supposed to be easier to turn also but i found it more difficult. strange. towards the end of the course we all jumped into the pool and sank out kayaks. the poor guys had to empty for us :D SERENELEONGYENLING you horrible girl you pushed me into the pool when i was trying to do a forward flip in! weishan and olivia were super funny cos they were trying to surf on the sunken kayak. and then the juniors plus serene did synchronised diving and synchronised cannonball, ohmygosh the vid is damn funny! im having kayaking withdrawal symptoms ):

jianwei. oh i tried to flood his kayak like the seniors did to us the last time. but he was smart and flooded mine at the same time. i didn't realise until i was waist deep in water!

SO...i decided to run on saturday! :D the high after running is addictive (:

anw, on with trng.
1. 600m warm up
2. 4.6 click
3. 1.5 sets of stair climbing. 10+5 storeys.
4. brisk walk home
5. squats 3 min, 10 crunches, side crunches; 10 times each side.
6. squats 2 min, 20 crunches, 20 leg lifts.
7. squats 1 min
8. bicep curls 20 each arm, side lifts 10 each arm, back lifts 10 each arm.

:D yay happy. rjc interhouse rock climbing today, some were actually quite good. but no one flashed the overhang route for guys, which proves that you can't rely on brute force alone to get up. technique is important too! and i feel quite honoured, because they actually used the route that i set on the right-most wall for their guys route. well, they did modify it slightly by removing some pieces but it was basically the same as what i set before i had to add more pieces to make it simpler. and i heard no one flashed my route for rg interhouse rock climbing ): and i did 100 crunches today, the bballers motivated me.

i heard a fight broke out after BoB and the police were there! apparently one acsi guy insulted acsbr and they decided to confront. stupid acsi brat.
i think most acs guys are nice (& hot, yes), but i hate it when some of them turn into bratty obnoxious idiotic brats. yeah, you have lots of money, so what? that doesn't give you the right to insult others. to that guy who instigated it- juvenile. to acs br who decided to confront them, yeah you were insulted (and you have every right to feel angry), but fighting is still childish. (but i can't deny i wouldn't do the same if i were in their position...)
