i already know what i'm going to do with my birthday money...
i'm going to get
Lynn Hill's book
climbing free:D :D i read the intro and the reviews, woah she is so good omg. i can't even imagine myself climbing 3 decades from now (not that i don't want to, i would still love climbing), much less a world class climbing athlete.
and i'm also gonna get Lance Armstrong's book,
It's not about my Bike: My Journey Back to Life. yay, two fantastic reads (:
but i also want
How Soccer Explains the World: An Unlikely Theory of Globalization by Franklin Foer and
Deep Survival by Laurence Gonzales...
hopefully i still have money leftover to get my shorts then :D or at least some gear (i want my chalkbag!!!)
but then, i'll prob have to wait before i can spend it, seeing i'm not planning to go out anytime soon.
tmr's the day, time passes really fast, and it's been two years. i look back at grandma with fondness, as always. how can i ever forget the date though, after all, i spent my 13th birthday thinking of her. what a great way to spend your first birthday as an official teenager huh? but then again, it was for the better, because it taught me two of life's greatest lesson when i turned into a teenager - death is nothing to be feared, so always live life with hope and treasure your relationships, because you never know when they'll be taken away from you. life's cruel like that.
god bless.
