it's so difficult sometimes
when you've changed so much

i actually typed out a long post on leadership ytd, but deleted the whole thing. just wanted to say that leadership is intangible - no one person, thing or event can define what leadership is. and leadership definitely isn't limited to the position bestowed upon you. you...we need to talk really soon. is there anything left? you don't seem very happy nowadays. introvertness is a choice.
